7.0Gute Anbindung an die Yamanote-Linie im geschäftigen Okubo. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkte. Shinjuku ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war reibungslos, die Check-In-Infos kamen kurz nach 16 Uhr, wie angekündigt.
− Es gab wenig Möglichkeiten, Handtücher und gewaschene Wäsche zu trocknen. Es gab leider auch keinen Schrank o.ä., also muss man zum Großteil "aus dem Koffer leben".

8.0The room was clean. The place is very close to okubo station and has a lot of food places just 5 mins walk away.
− The sheets were not changed even though we stayed for 4 days. No cleaning service either. The check out time says until 11 am but they charged us 500 yen extra for every half hour after 10 am which means we ended up paying an extra 1000 yen in the hotel as we wanted to check out at 11 am. No closet space to put your bags and suitcases. So if 2 people are travelling with one big suitcase each, it might get a little bit congested.
