Hotel in einer kriminellen Gegend!
3.0Nicht weit zum Strand.
− Leider hat uns der Rat der Empfangsdamen im Hotel in große Schwierrigkeiten gebracht! Wir fragten direkt bei unserer Ankunft nach einem Parkplatz auf dem Hotelgelände. Die Damen erklärte uns, dass es zu wenige Parkplätze auf dem Hotelgelände gibt und riet uns direkt neben dem Hotel - hinter dem Hotelzaun - zu parken, bis drei Tage später ein Parktplatz auf dem Hotelgelände frei wird. Wir folgtem ihrem Rat und haben unser Cabriolet (welches wir sogleich komplett ausgeräumt haben!) direkt neben dem Hotel geparkt. Nur wenige Stunden später wurde das Auto aufgebrochen. Das Cabriodach wurde einfach mit einem Messer aufgeschnitten - leider mussten wir deshalb unseren Urlaub sogleich abbrechen. Das Autodach war offen und lies sich auch mit Klebeband nicht mehr verließen! Die Dame, die an diesem Tag am Hotelempfang war, hat uns darauf hingewiesen, dass es ein Parkmöglichkeit im benachbarten Hotel gibt!!!! Leider kam dieser Hinweis zu spät. Warum wurden wir auf diese sichere Parkmöglichkeit nicht am Vortag hingewiesen???!!! Uns wäre es erspart geblieben, unseren Urlaub abzubrechen!!!! Dennoch mussten wir die nicht genutzen 8 Tage voll bezahlen. Vom Hotelmanagement gab es keinerlei finazielles Entgegenkommen, obwohl davon auszugehen ist, dass das Hotelzimmer in der Urlaubshochsaison sehr schnell wieder neu weitervermittelt werden kann. Der Servicegedanke ist in diesem Hotel nicht vorhanden! Die Fürsorge für den Hotelgast ist nicht gegeben - Hotelgäste werden nicht über die Einbruchskriminalität in dieser Gegend aufmerksam gemacht oder davor bewahrt! Auch auf die sichere Parkalternative im benachtbarten Hotel wird nicht hingewiesen. Das ist fahrlässig und rücksichtlos. Statt dessen bekommen Gäste am ersten Tag ein billiges Kosmetiktäschchen in Rosa, Blau oder Schwarz mit einem aufgesetzten Lächeln überreicht. Freuen Sie sich darauf und hoffen Sie, dass Ihr Auto in diesem kriminellen Gegend nicht aufgebrochen wird!
