− He charged me for utilities based on one meter for each utility for 9 rooms by dividing. So basically we payed 57000 forints extra for sleeping place only
Please note that in case that you do not agree with any of this conditions than you can cancel your reservation free-of-charge within 2 hours from reservation. later not. In case of last minute reservation (less than 24 hours to check in) the free cancelation is available for 1 hour only. In winter (from September) we switch on the gaz heating if needed. we always charge an extra (!) utilities fee based on the yards reading at check in/out. In case of renting multiple rooms, the security deposit is 100euro/room. For long-term stays, the deposit is 200euro per room. We can accommodate up to 21 people in total in our 2 apartments. washing/drying is strictly forbidden inside the rooms. late check in/out, IF AVAILABLE, cost extra each started hour! This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
