1.0De locatie was leuk. Kamer was schoon.
− Buiten de locatie was het een zeer onprettige overnachting. Wij zijn erg onbeschoft te woord gestaan door de eigenaar van de appartementen. Wij boekte een kamer met balkon / of patio. Geen van beide was aanwezig. Ook zou er een magnetron zijn, niet aanwezig. Telefonisch contact gehad, en de dame was ongelofelijk onbeschoft. Nu bijna 2 maanden later. Nog altijd onbeschoft aan de telefoon, en niet bereid voor een tegemoetkoming. - ‘We hadden maar even moeten bellen voor een kamer met balkon’ - ‘We hadden maar even van te voren een magnetron moeten aanvragen’

− Temperature control in the room was difficult. There are large glass windows on the sunny side so it gets warm in the rooms. It is hard to lower the temperature as there is no airco. There are devices like Dyson and Philips fans but these devices lack capacity and capability.

9.0On-site parking was excellent, in a secure underground car park with large spaces. Although the entrance to the car park is quite narrow and steep, it was fine even in a full-size Range Rover. Even foreign cars will need a green German emissions control sticker (Umweltplakette) to access central Aachen - you can buy these online ahead of your trip, or in person at DEKRA (Belgium) or TUV (Germany) car testing stations if you have your vehicle registration document.
− Location is in a shopping area on-the-edge of central Aachen, a few minutes walk from Cathedral and main square. It's busy during the day, but a bit quiet at night - there were a few homeless people in the area directly by the entrance door.
