Bad - the added stress due to lack of human staff and misalignment makes it not worth it.
3.0The place is clean and of high quality in general, also very close to the airport (walking distance).
− 1. The barrage of emails I got to check-in online, only to be redirected to some website in which it is not clear whether I completed the check in or not. Upon arrival, I tried to check in via the self service tablets - which showed an unexplainable error. Eventually I found that the entrance code was sent to me somewhere along the messy messages. The same thing occurred when i tried to check out via the tablet. 2. I had a request for a baby cot to be added to the room, which was approved on booking.com. There was no cot in the room, and after trying to call a human representative twice, they got back to me and said that such an option has never been available on their property. Both of these could be misalignment artifacts from booking via booking.com, but they can do better. We booked a stay specifically there to have a nice ending to our vacation close to the airport, but the added stress was just not worth it.

− Hard to find, door didn’t work and they didn’t give proper instructions how to get in due to the main door fault. Was tried to get in middle of the night for more than 1h.
