10.0We stayed for only one night and booked the room at the last minute. The room was quite small and didn't have a sea view, but it was clean and cozy. The property itself has a very unique architecture and is located literally right on the beach. Guests can use the sun loungers free of charge, and there is also private parking, so parking is not an issue. The owners were very friendly and sent us all the necessary information about how to get to the hotel after we made the reservation. The property is located about 5 km from the center of Anzio, which is roughly a one-hour walk, so there are not many restaurants within walking distance. On the other hand, the beach was not crowded at all. If you have a car, this is not a problem, as you can reach the town center in about 15 minutes. The views from the property are absolutely beautiful, and we would definitely love to come back - next time for a longer stay and with a room overlooking the sea. Highly recommended!
− The only drawback was the small water heater. After one person showered, the next person had to wait a bit for the hot water to recover. Breakfast was also somewhat limited in variety, but the rooms have a kitchenette, so if you're staying for a longer period, you can easily prepare your own meals.
