− ניקיון חדרים נעשה אחה"צ - ערב ובחלק מהימים רק אחרי שביקשנו. זרם במקלחת חלש בשעות מסוימות ובבוקר לוקח המון זמן למים חמים להגיע. מטבח לא מספיק מאובזר, לא היו סכינים בכלל... סבון כלים הציעו לנו לקנות...
