− Un dysfonctionnement lors de la réservation. J'ai accepté la hausse de tarif lié au dysfonctionnement. On me propose le petit déjeuner gratuit. Ayant l'avion tôt, le petit déjeuner n'était pas encore servi. J'aurai aimé qu'on me propose une autre compensation. Par exemple un petit panier avec quelques produits du petit déjeuner déposé dans la chambre pour le lendemain matin aurait été sympa...
