Uciążliwi sąsiedzi
3.0Za taką cenę nie ma co wybrzydzać. Nie ma luksusów ale przespać się można
− Największym problemem byli UCIĄŻLIWI sąsiedzi. Puszczali w nocy bardzo głośno muzykę disco polo, po zwróceniu uwagi wyszydzili, że mogę sobie wezwać policję. Patrząc po innych opiniach nie jest to pierwsza taka sytuacja, właściciel powinien zadbać o odpowiednie wygłuszenie budynku lub utemperowanie zachowania sąsiadów

− Brudne materace w tym dwa które nie były na wymiar łóżek. Brak papieru toaletowego gdzie pierwszy raz sie z takim czymś spotkałam. Brak prądu w niektórych gniazdkach Telewizja nie działała Powiem szczerze za tą cenę to kpina. Do tego słychać za drzwi gdzie ktoś korzysta z toalety w korytarzu i słychać co robi no bez przesady jakies wygłuszenie by mogło być. Brak ręczników czy tez mydła do umycia rąk. Za łóżkami odchodząc listwy. Drzwi od kabiny prysznicowej żyją własnym życiem. Nie mają kołek by sie utrzymać. Brud pod prysznicem Brak cieplej wody Kran w zlewie nie dokręcony, bo gdy otwiera sie wodę kran może wyjąć.
Nie odbył się i z partnerem i 2 letnią córką zostaliśmy bez noclegu po 6h jazdy!
1.0− Rezerwacje przez booking wykonałam 16.05.2026. Na maila dostałam wszelkie potwierdzenia rezerwacji terminu. W dniu przyjazdu 06.06.2026 okazało się, że nasza rezerwacja nie została uwzględniona. Partner telefonicznie od właścicielki otrzymał informację, że rezerwacja „wskoczyła” do systemu dopiero rano 06.06.2036 (czyli 3 tygodnie później niż ja robiłam rezerwację) a o 12:00 tego samego dnia telefonicznie wynajęła nasz pokój komuś innemu. Jest to niepoważne i nieprofesjonalne podejście ze strony właścicielki, ponieważ nawet jeśli nasza rezerwacja „wskoczyła” dopiero rano 06.06.2026, w co nie chce mi się wierzyć, to na jakiej podstawie o godzinie 12:00 został telefonicznie wynajęty pokój komuś innemu? Poza tym powinna obowiązywać zasada pierwszeństwa rezerwacji i to osoby, które telefonicznie zarezerwowały pokój powinny mieć anulowany pobyt, a nie my z 2 letnią córką po 6h jazdy! Pani skwitowała że „to nie jej wina” i kazała nam szukać innego noclegu, co też uczyniliśmy i suma sumarum znaleźliśmy obiekt w dużo lepszej lokalizacji, standardzie i takiej samej cenie. Z partnerem byliśmy bardzo zdegustowani, zniesmaczeni i zawiedzeni zaistniałą sytuacją.
