Not what I booked

− I have a medical indisposition/movement limitation due to which I had to split my 11h trip. I booked this accommodation as the available room was advertised as saying that the " entire unit is on a ground floor". To my huge disappointment, I arrived at the accommodation at 22.00 and found out that I was assigned an attic room on a second floor and to get there there were two steep stairs. I called the owner, he said he was sorry but the only room he had on the ground floor was not cleaned. We agreed I will take sheets from the attic and change my bed in an uncleaned apartment downstairs and will spend the night there as it was too dangerous to continue driving for me over the night in my condition. When the next day I asked at least 50 percent compensation for the conditions in which I had to sleep, I was refused. This is very disappointing given the fact that I would have never booked the room if I had known it was in the attic. Mistakes happen and even if it put me in a very frustr ating position that night the fact that the owner did not accept his responsibility was really disappointing.

Guter Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht, unkompliziertes Check- in und out, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Super Bad.

− Trotz geöffneter Fenster stickig, Ventilator wäre gut. Küchenzeile durch Bewegungsmelder zu wenig beleuchtet.
