1.0Местоположението е добро, но наоколо е зона и няма къде да се паркира, а от хотела не подсигуряват паркинг!
− Мръсотия, олющени стени, протекъл таван и извадени контакти... като цяло такава мизерия скоро не бях срещал. Посещавал съм мястото преди години когато беше ново и беше приятно, но сега е по-подходящо за сцена на азиатски хорър филм отколкото за настаняване на хора. Персоналът е абсолютно неадекватен и доколкото разбрах повечето не изкарват и месец, така че всеки път ще попадате на човек, който е почнал тази или миналата седмица и нищо не знае или от него нищо не зависи. Сложени са там само да подават едни ключове и не могат да вържат две думи, камо ли да разрешават истински казуси като объркани стаи и т.н. P.S. booking support екипът също беше абдикирал, разговарях близо час по телефона с една индийка, която накрая ми заяви, че всичко ще е наред и затвори, а поддръжка на български през уикендите няма. След това разговарях с още няколко човека от страна на booking и нищо, само вдигат ръце. Трябваше да подам сигнали до КЗП и Министерство на туризма за да се задействат и да ми възстановят парите. Хора, търсете си правата и не оставяйте такива мошеници да си правят печалбите на ваш гръб!
