An interesting and charming piece of history
10.0Such a lovely unit in rural New Zealand! Cozy and comfortable, and a unique stop on the way to Wellington. We loved how much thought and love had gone into decorating and restoring this historic property. The surrounding countryside is just beautiful - a welcome escape from the city.
− We thought it was fantastic, but would make a suggestion to the hosts to perhaps include some plug in sensor night lights in the room and bathroom. It was very dark and hard to find light switches in the middle of the night! The property is a little off the beaten track - you'll definitely need a car!
