− Essendo gli scuri collegati direttamente alla chiusura delle finestre (per mantenere giustamente l’originalità della struttura), poteva essere apprezzabile la presenza di una tenda oscurante

10.0l'appartamento è molto funzionale, con tre arie preziose quando fa caldo, una cucina ben attrezzata, due bagni, un giardino e cortile esterno con un bellissimo pino marittimo, possibilità di leggere o riposare sulle sedie sdraio a disposizione sotto il porticato. a seconda della stagione l'agriturismo produce ortaggi e frutta che si possono acquistare. altro vantaggio enorme è il parcheggio gratuito nel cortile. a parte la spesa iniziale non abbiamo più spostato la macchina in settimana: in 7 minuti a piedi su vie piacevoli si raggiunge il mare.

10.0Posizione perfetta, a 10 minuti a piedi dal mare, ma fuori dal traffico cittadino. Colazione squisita ricca di focacce tipiche, torte fatte in casa, yogurt e marmellate prodotte direttamente dall'azienda agricola. Staff gentile e disponibile.
