Old and run down property

− The property is quite old and run down. Facilities and amenities are more like 2 star. Tiny bathroom. Overall not super well equipped. The property needs to spend some money on proper refurbishment as it is a charming place but can be made better. We had to call up the host when we checked in at 6 pm as there was no one to greet us or welcome us and hand over keys. Overall quite antiquated.
