Very suitable for a transit spot when wanting to take a break on NH66

− Our pet was initially charged 50% of the room tariff. After speaking with the owner, Mr. Salunke, the pet fee was reduced from ₹1,000 to ₹700. However, we still felt the charge was quite high, especially since no additional facilities, services, or food were provided for our pet. Our Labrador, Figo, simply slept on the floor beside our bed for the one night transit stay .

Could do with minor improvement for the price charged.

Bungalow with garden view very well designed. Rooms were clean, beds and aircon worked perfectly. Refrigerator worked. Interaction with staff Shyam was good.

− Communication with property before arriving was poor. Bed linen could be better. Breakfast included deal was definitely not worth the extra price. 800 Rs for 2 serving of omlet (no bread) and a plate of poha with tea.

Remote and good to disconnect

− No kettle to heat drinking water no basic add-ons like tea coffee sachets. Not even a water bottle for the price point seems a bit unfair

Good but can be much better.

It is a bit too inside from the main road and reaching in the night is a task. Could not see any sign Board which would help to reach there. Food was excellent. Staff is Polite and helpful

− Location. Too much Inside from Main road. Atleast for a traveller reaching in the night there should be some sign boards. Property is huge and maintained but needs more maintenance.
