− Restaurante atendendo o almoço em horário. Não servindo petiscos entre o almoço e jantar.
Muito bom para descansar e turistar, mas dessa vez pecou nos detalhes.
8.0Segunda vez na pousada. O lugar é lindo, os quartos ótimo, o almoço é muito bom. Os atratativos são lindos embora ache a trilha da cachoeira um pouco salgado o valor para Brasil, mas é lindo. O Rio Azul é fantástico. O Balneário é legal, pena que estava frio e havia chovido na véspera o que deixou a água bem turva.
− O atendimento por mensagem via booking é terrível, eles não respondem. A troca de turno ocorreu sem ter chegado o funcionário que iria assumir na portaria à noite, tive que ficar meia hora esperando alguém aparecer para conseguir pegar uma água mineral no bar. Todos os quartos tinham rede na varanda, menos o meu. O café da manhã me decepcionou um pouco, esperava ou mais completo ou um quebra-torto pantaneiro, mas estava bem simples para o nível da pousada.
