Fun stay, everything you need at a good price
8.0It was a fun experience. The hosts have put a lot of thought into what guests need. We only had a bedroom, but it had everything in it that we would need, and clear explanations of how everything works. And lots of suggestions for what to do in the area
− An outhouse toilet was slightly inconvenient,but it comes with the booking! Salt and pepper in the room would have been good.

10.0Very cool and unique property, the room had everything you could need, a very well stocked kitchenette with heaps of appliances and cutlery etc, there’s sheep and a miniature pony and peacocks, beautiful location
We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. We live 90 minutes away, but it was so nice to getaway!
8.0Great location - equidistant from Toodyay and Northam, where we spent most of our time. Very peaceful / quiet, despite the amazing light show / lightning / thunder storm on our first night - spectacular! Gald it all happened at night! We loved the animals on the site - they provided a sense of calmness. And the Christmas Shop in Toodyay was totally unexpected!
− The outside toilet and bathroom (both shared facilities) were not ideal, but we did know about this before hand, and as it happened, I don't think anyone else used them whilst we were there, so it was in no way an inconvenience. It felt like an en-suite, haha! The shower was amazing by the way!

10.0Fantastic room in fabulous surroundings and a very warm welcome. My room (Talbot) was very well equipped for my own cooking and the bed was particularly comfortable.
