− Zimna woda w jacuzzi..właściciel stwierdził że nie idzie podwyższyć temperatury. Lodówka w pokoju nie działa
Przykre rozczarowanie
1.0− Naprawdę nie lubię wystawiać negatywnych opinii i praktycznie nigdy tego nie robię, bo wiem, że każdy może mieć gorszy dzień. Tym razem jednak nie mogę tego przemilczeć, ponieważ poziom obsługi i standard, z jakim się spotkaliśmy, były po prostu nie do zaakceptowania. Zarezerwowaliśmy nocleg w Apartamencie Słoneczny Stok, ponieważ od dawna chcieliśmy się tam zatrzymać. Skusiła nas świetna lokalizacja oraz liczne pozytywne opinie. Niestety rzeczywistość okazała się całkowitym przeciwieństwem naszych oczekiwań. O godzinie 12:00 otrzymaliśmy kody do budynku i pokoju. Dla nas było to jednoznaczne, że apartament jest gotowy do zameldowania. Na miejscu byliśmy około 14:30 i postanowiliśmy wejść do środka. To, co zastaliśmy, było szokujące. Pokój był brudny i panował w nim okropny zapach. Łóżko było niepościelone, znajdowało się na nim brudne, używane prześcieradło po poprzednich gościach jak i cała pościel. Na meblach leżały śmieci, na podłodze porozrzucane były ręczniki. Najgorszy był jednak wszechobecny odór – nie tylko w pokoju, ale również na korytarzach całego obiektu. Próba kontaktu z właścicielką również pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Nie tylko my próbowaliśmy się dodzwonić – inny gość również bezskutecznie próbował uzyskać kontakt. Telefon został odebrany dopiero po wielu próbach. Zamiast przeprosin i natychmiastowego rozwiązania problemu usłyszeliśmy jedynie propozycję… dopłaty do innego pokoju. Trudno uwierzyć, że klient, który zastaje nieprzygotowany i brudny apartament, ma jeszcze ponosić dodatkowe koszty. Poinformowano nas również, że na miejscu jest osoba odpowiedzialna za sprzątanie. Tymczasem o godzinie 14:50 pokój nadal wyglądał dokładnie tak samo. Ustaliliśmy z właścicielką, że napiszę wiadomość z informacją, o której wrócimy, aby mogła przyjechać i wyjaśnić sytuację. Tak też zrobiłam. Niestety zostaliśmy całkowicie zignorowani. Czekaliśmy na właściciela zgodnie z ustaleniami, tracąc tylko czas.
Krótki pobyt na regenerację po szlaku.
9.0Lokalizacja super, personel bardzo pomocny, pani z recepcji pożyczyła mi ładowarki do telefonu, moja się zepsuła podczas wędrówki a nie szło nigdzie po drodze znaleźć miejsca, gdzie mogłem kupić nową. Pokoje czyste, choć widać upływ czasu w niektórych miejscach. Łóżko wygodne.
− Brak klimatyzacji, przy upalnej pogodzie sypialnia na poddaszu to dramat. W zestawie kawowym w pokoju, brak był kawy i łyżeczki.
