Insalubridad absoluta, abandono al huésped y cancelación fraudulenta

− Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento fue una auténtica pesadilla debido a una falta total de higiene y una gestión nefasta. Entramos el viernes por la noche y tuvimos que abandonar la casa el sábado por la mañana debido a que las condiciones eran intolerables y de extrema suciedad: el baño estaba lleno de pelos negros, la nevera sucia con restos de comida y más pelos, y tanto el tostador (oxidado) como el microondas acumulaban suciedad de anteriores huéspedes. Lo más alarmante fue encontrar un mortero completamente lleno de moho, lo cual es un peligro para la salud. Ante esto, la gestión fue pésima. Solo nos ofrecieron un reembolso (que a día de hoy seguimos esperando en el banco), pero nos dejaron desamparados y en la calle el sábado por la mañana sin darnos ninguna solución de reubicación. Para colmo, el anfitrión procedió a marcar la reserva como "cancelada" en el sistema para bloquear nuestro derecho a dejar una reseña en la plataforma y ocultar sus deficiencias. Actualmente, siguen sin responder a nuestros mensajes ni por WhatsApp ni por Booking. No reservéis aquí bajo ningún concepto: limpieza inexistente y atención al cliente nula. ( Solo me deja adjuntar 20 fotos aún disponiendo de más)
