− Ar condicionado do segundo quarto sem funcionar. Sem roupa de cama e banho. Check out muito cedo (11h).

Tudo com excelente aspecto no sentido de limpeza e cuidado dos móveis.

− Acho que por 4.800 em 8 diárias poderíamos ter roupas de cama e produtos de limpeza e higiene pessoal inclusos. O que não era o caso. O sofá cama estava bem ruim e precisa ser trocado. Os travesseiros eu trocaria tb; estavam soltando fora do fronha. As camas poderiam ter colchões melhores, mas eram novos e limpos.
