− Gläser schmutzig, Duschkabine Reparatur bedürftig, Licht im Flur ging nicht im OG. Liebe zu Detail fehlte einfach bsp. einen halben Geschirrlappen, Boden sandig bei Ankunft …. Haustür schließt schwer. Haustüre stand mitten in der Nacht offen.
