Чудове розташування, прекрасний вид на ратушу. Затишний балкон. Всі необхідні зручності для проживання. Чисто. Навколо є де паркуватись. Близько до фортеці. Купа кафе/ресторанів на різний смак та гаманець поруч.

− До несуттєвих мінусів можу віднести відсутність дверей у вітальню й на кухню. Тому, якщо у вітальні хтось спить, то шум з кухні/туалету може заважати.
