− Falta comunicação do ADM com o hóspede. Chegamos após às 14h00h e ainda não estava pronto o apartamento, faltando toalhas e roupa de cama, e a demora em responder uma mensagem. Fomos almoçar para aguardar terminar e somente após às 16h00h que apareceu alguém para entregar os itens. Precisa melhorar a comunicação e planejamento para com os hóspedes.

− Comunicação ruim com anfitriã (as perguntas que enviei antes de chegar não foram respondidas, só me respondeu quando ela me enviou o pedido para confirmar os dados dos hóspedes para check in). O apartamento estava com o chão seboso, escorregadio e sujo, com cheiro de pano molhado (fiz o check in às 21:00). Acionei apenas no dia seguinte, enviando as fotos, mostrando que precisei lavar o chão de todo o apartamento. Além disso, na cama de casal, disponibilizaram 2 lençóis de solteiro, não tinha tapete/toalha de rosto na suíte. Dormimos 2 das 5 noites com lençol de solteiro e sem toalha de rosto/tapete no banheiro. É o único apartamento que não tem tapete na entrada e a anfitriã (depois de muitas cobranças), avisou que não tem tapete mesmo. Sobre os utensílios da cozinha, pouquíssimas panelas, pequenas e que não atendem cozinhar para 4 pessoas (optamos por comer fora, pois era impossível cozinhar). Mandei fotos também do liquidificador que estava sujo, com líquido rosa dentro… Em resumo, o custo x benefício não valeu, pagamos muito caro nesta acomodação, que não é de luxo (como. O anúncio) e deixou MUITO a desejar em conforto, limpeza e atendimento.
