− On the day of the booking the agent insisted on a large security deposit that wasn’t mentioned previously. They then ignored all comms and have not repaid this despite multiple messages

10.0Had an amazing 2-night stay at Newcastle City Centre Super Spacious Town House with friends for the weekend. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfect for a group stay with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The free parking was a massive plus in the city centre, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the stay. The location was ideal too — close to bars, restaurants, and everything Newcastle has to offer, while still feeling comfortable and private. Check-in was smooth, communication was excellent, and the whole experience was hassle-free from start to finish. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend for weekends away with friends!

10.0Duże przestronne pokoje z dużymi małżeńskimi łóżkami, bliska odległość do sklepów spożywczych i przeróżnych restauracji na wyciągnięcie ręki a co najważniejsze jakieś obielt oddalony jezt zaledwie 600-700m od Stadionu Newcastle co jest dla mnie ogromnym plusem ponieważ w tym celu właśnie przyjemny do tego miasta aby obejżeć mecz po między Newcastle F.C. a FC Barcloną ..
− Do tego, aby był to wyśmienity nocleg zabrakło mi, może jedynie travel adaptera do podładowania swojego telefonu bez żadnego kombinowania, gdzie w najbliższej okolicy mogę go kupić, suszarki do włosów aby chwile po prysznicu. Można było wyjść na miasto oraz, gdyby było przygotowane małe opakowanie lub słoiki z świeżą kawą mieloną oraz herbata..to obiekt byłby niemal perfekcyjny. Mimo wszystko polecam innym turystom czy całym rodzinom na spędzenie kilku dni w tym ogromnym mieszkaniu w Newcastle

− Advertised with Free parking - not the case. Its permitted parking and time zoned. Boiler has issues which looks like reported before. It failed twice in 3 days. It need a repair NOT a “plaster patch” Place needs a proper clean. It smells mouldy and the communication from the host was near non existent until they requested a deposit a week after booking it and asking questions that was no reply’s too. Will not recommend until these issues dealt with
