9.0Está en un lugar tranquilo,buen acceso a todas direcciones,contiene todo lo que se necesita. Muy limpio,fácil aparcamiento. La persona q lo gestiona ha sido muy amable y detallista.

8.0L'appartamento era dotato di tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno: shampoo, bagnoschiuma, phon, detersivi per i piatti e per il bucato, bollitore e molto altro. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e premurosi, lasciandoci anche della frutta all'arrivo e consentendoci un check out nel tardo pomeriggio senza richiedere costi extra. La struttura si trova in una zona vicina al porto, facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi, così come i negozi e i supermercati presenti nei dintorni. Probabilmente abbiamo soggiornato in un periodo di bassa stagione, poiché la sera gran parte dei locali della zona risultava chiusa. Inoltre, pur essendo Puerto del Rosario il centro abitato più grande di Fuerteventura, l'abbiamo trovato piuttosto tranquillo e poco animato nelle ore serali, ma è senz'altro una posizione strategica per visitare agevolmente l' intera isola.
− Servirebbe una maggior cura ad alcuni dettagli per rendere l' appartamento più accogliente.

Vacaciones tranquilas.
8.0El anfitrión fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada. El colchón era muy cómodo, cosa que valoramos al ir de vacaciones. Tiene todo lo necesario para poder estar una semana tranquilamente.
− Lo único que cambiaría son las cortinas de la bañera por unas de color más claro, pero el agua caliente es suficiente para ducharse dos personas y la presión también.
