1.0− Upon entering the house, the floor was already dusty. After walking around briefly, the soles of our feet turned black, which clearly indicates that the cleanliness was not properly maintained. No visible damage to fixtures or assets.However, the overall condition of the house is unacceptable. The sofa is extremely hard with no proper cushioning, making it very uncomfortable. The bed appears old and has an unpleasant odor. The pillows and blankets seem very worn, yellowish, and smell bad, which raises serious hygiene concerns. In addition, the kitchen equipment is in poor condition. Some items are broken, and the spoons are dirty. This has been a very disappointing and unpleasant stay for me and my family. We have never experienced such poor accommodation standards before. Overall, this has negatively impacted our travel experience, and we are highly dissatisfied.
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.
