4.0La atención para recoger llaves y solucionar dudas fue buena.
− El alojamiento, es aparentemente popular como residencia vacacional y por tanto presentaba evidentes signos de uso y desgaste, así como varias deficiencias. Al llegar, nos encontramos con mesas rotas, sillas inestables y un nivel de limpieza claramente insuficiente. Había pelos en la ducha, la nevera desprendía un olor muy fuerte y algunos vasos estaban guardados sucios. En general, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. La casa no disponía de artículos básicos de higiene como gel, champú o jabón, y únicamente había dos rollos de papel higiénico ya empezados, por lo que tuvimos que comprar más por nuestra cuenta. Los colchones eran muy viejos y estaban hundidos, poco agradables. La casa no tiene persianas pero tampoco tiene cortinas opacas y ya que día habitaciónes puertas de cristal entra mucha luz. Consideramos que, dado el precio pagado, las condiciones del alojamiento no estuvieron a la altura de lo esperado. En cuanto al trato, la atención al recoger y entregar las llaves fue correcta. Sin embargo, los horarios son bastante estrictos: la entrada se permite a partir de las 16:00 y la salida debe realizarse antes de las 10:00. Cualquier ampliación supone un recargo de 45 € por hora adicional, lo cual nos pareció excesivo. También se solicita una fianza de 500 €, que es reembolsada posteriormente.

8.0The apartment complex is very well maintained. It’s very clean and tidy. Our apartment had everything we needed for our stay, the kitchen was very well equipped. Our stay was out of season and it was so peaceful. Sitting on the balcony looking over the bay was very special.
− The pool was closed during our stay which we weren’t aware off until we walked round to it. However there had been some very heavy rain so I don’t know if it was closed due to this or for normal maintenance. My only point on the apartment itself would be to perhaps add a handrail to help with the stairs to the master bedroom (as this was a 3 bedroom), only due to the stairs being quite narrow and curving round part way up.
