9.0Great convenient location. Quiet area. Plenty of free parking on the road outside property. Great size of property. Lovely well kept rooms all tastefully decorated. TV in every room. Ensuites and other bathroom lovely and clean. Lovely fresh linen on comfortable beds. Clean fluffy towels. Excellent value for money. Hosts kept in contact, before, during and after stay and even though we didn't see them you just knew they would be on hand if needed.
− Really very minor things. Back garden/yard could be tidier and it would have been nice to have had somewhere to sit but respect that the yard backs on to a public path/road and would be difficult to keep secure.
