9.0Rustige omgeving en weing last van auto's e.d. Veel mogelijkheden in de directe omgeving om te wandelen (uitzichtpunt Vogelsfelsen). Voor boodschappen hoef je nog geen 10 minuten te rijden (Aldi, Lidl en Rewe). Tankstation in Mettlach. Leuk om 's zomers met de boot in Mettlach over de Saar te varen. Of om het Villeroy & Boch museum te bezoeken (met outlet-center!). Baumwipfelpfad Saarschleife op nog geen kwartier rijden. Wolfspark Werner Freund in Merzig. Huisje is voorzien van oven, magnetron, elec. fornuis, koelkast, diepvrieskastje, vaatwasser, tv.
− Let op! Sommige wegen en straten in het dorp zijn steil. De bakker in het dorp is dicht.

10.0De locatie, het uitzicht en werkelijk alles was aanwezig in het vakantiehuisje
− Het huisje lag aan het eind van een behoorlijke steile helling. Voor ons een zware klus, dus fietsen op de auto naar beneden en daar de fietstocht gestart. S Avonds met auto omhoog. Opgelost.

Ferien Wohnung Vogelsfelsen was perfect for the four of us.
10.0The apartment is spacious and well equipped - even coffee, filters, sugar, and creamer were on hand. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes etc. if you want to save on the cost of eating out. It had been prepared for us with love and pride.
− We are a family so it wasn't an issue for us but there is only 1 bathroom and if you were to visit with people you are not close to that might be an issue.
