Avoid like the plague

The location.

− Should never have been let out in this condition. The owners knew about the electric and water leak problems but were waiting for insurance payouts before providing new tv and washing machine. There was evidence of a leak from apartment above but wasn’t resolved before we arrived. The leak got worse during our stay culminating in the ceiling collapsing onto the kitchen area!!! The leak on bathroom ceiling was also getting worse and that was in danger of collapsing too! We wanted to be moved but it seemed they were only interested in getting the plumber/ technical report for the insurance. I had to let them in a few times to assess the damage. The damp mould was getting worse with visible spores- totally unhealthy. They finally paid us out with 6 days after I showed pictures of my partners asthma inhalers and the mouldand we had to find alternative accommodation!! See pictures. Totally ruined our holiday. Should never have been rented out to us. The manager Ilya was trying to do his best but I assume his hands were tied by the greedy owners waiting for insurance payouts before out instead of looking after us. Booking.com compensated us with a paltry £105 credit note!! A full refund should have been the minimum!!

Gute Lage! Saubere Poolanlage.

− Schlüsselübergabe zur Anreise war sehr schwierig. Manche Ausstattungen waren schmutzig oder defekt.

We were a couple plus a friend staying on the sofa bed and we all had a great stay. We chose it for location mostly as it's only couple of min away from the beach and the bars and restaurants but apartment has all the basics that you would need, plus with a great view. And the pool was a great bonus. Would definitely book again.

− It would be slightly more convenient to receive check in details sooner than just 1h before check in time to help with planning the day

The apartment complex is in an ideal location, nice partial sea view. Facilities are basic but all you need for a week or two. You get what you pay for.

− Communication with host was non-existent after confirmation. I didn't know if I had a bed to sleep in until my flight had landed and as a solo traveller found this very stressful. I had emailed a few times but no reply. Also instructions for operating washing machine and tv would be helpful
