Roof top pool, Aircon in working order, washer, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms as booked.

− Facilities tired looking and not fully maintained. water heat issues and sink drain leak with main bedroom bathroom. Mattress too hard, firm. Electric / water usage not included in booking price. Most workout equipment in gym broken. table umbrellas near pool lounge area torn and faded…. Primarily a resident condo facility.
