− La cercanía con el hotel Iberostar, porque esta instalación genera muchos ruidos, de carga y descarga y de movimientos relacionados con la infraestructura

− Het kan buiten nog wel eens rumoerig zijn ‘s morgens vroeg door de leveranciers van het naastgelegen hotel.
