6.0Дуже сподобалось розташування! Поруч море, магазини, ресторани. Сам номер теж сподобався, але для трьох дорослих людей-трохи малуватий, до Делюкса точно не дотягує, звичайний тримісний стандарт. Хоча було чисто та все необхідне в номері було.
− 1.Для заселення в номер потрібно було заздалегідь пройти онлайнреєстрацію. Самостійно зробити цього було не можливо, бо програма не давала внести час заїзду-просто глючила і не давала можливості. За допомогою працівника Букінкома вдалось вирішити цю проблему. 2. При заселенні надійшла інструкція з кодом, завдяки якому ми мали потрапити в готель- він не спрацьовував. Ми намагались додзвонитись в підтримку, вмикався автовідповідач. Десь аж через 20хв з допомогою водія, який нас привіз ми змогли потрапити в готель, аж потім в номер. В номері для трьох дорослих було якось мало засобів для душу. Мила два, а нас троє; один гель, шампунь, та кондиціонер на три дні, фото прикладу нижче. 3.Додаткове місце-диван. Прстіль,подушка для третьої людини захована в дивані, про це я дізналась, списавшись з готелем. Підключитись до Wi-Fi теж не просто. 4.Час виселення об 11:00. Я вийшла з кавою на вулицю о 10:00, то мій ключ від номера вже був заблокований, двері в номер відчинили мені мої подружки. Коли я вийшла на вулицю о 10:40, то був вже заблокований ключ і до вхідних дверей в готель. Впустили мене і в готель, і в номер за речами мої подружки. Будьте готові до таких сюрпризів. Але через електронну пошту питання вирішуються.

3.0Die Lage ist das was wirklich zählt. Ventilator und wlan-Code wurde nach Anfrage gleich bereit gestellt, allerdings ein Krug zum Aufgiessen von Tee, wäre nicht im Umfang der Küchenausstattung und konnte nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Mitten im Aufenthalt wurde des Sensation in eine Nepressokaffemaschiene gewechselt. Eingang ohne Vorankündigung. Wo die Sterne herkommen unklar für mich. Ich wurde 24 Stunden vor Ankunft in ein andereres Appartment umgebucht, wohl upgegratet, half aber nicht das andere negative in meinen Augen auf zu heben
− Es war kompliziert mit einer Bezahlung, die noch 24 Stunden vor Anreise stattfinden musste. die nicht einbandfrei funktionierte und recht kompliziert für mich war. Zuerst war Kommunikation nur in english möglich, später dann über whatsapp in deutsch. Leider Steckdose ohne Sicherungschutz( Gefahr für Kinder), Fenster schmierig und schon eine weile nicht mehr geputzt, Lahnbuchse mit Staub verdreckt, sodass ich nach Wlan fragte, dies aber prompt erhielt. Bettlampen funktionierten nicht, damit lesen im Bett nicht möglich. Deckenlampen zu dunkel. Safe vorhanden aber unbrauchbar, bei Nachfrage gäbe es keinen Code mehr dafür. Mehr will ich nicht mehr schreiben. Jeder muss schauen, ob er da wirklich 4 Sterne drin sehen kann. Ich nicht.
