10.0Praticamente ci è piaciuto tutto , la casa è molto bella e pulita ,si vede il mare al fondo della strada,spettacolare. Graziana è molto gentile e disponibile . Che dire , torneremo sicuramente a Marzamemi..............

10.0La posizione della struttura è perfetta per raggiungere con la macchina alcune spiaggie bellissime e citta che vanno assolutamente visitate (Modica, Noto..). Se non si vuole prendere la macchina cè la spiaggia di San Lorenzo (bellissima) a pochi minuti a piedi. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con i bambini piccoli e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La Casa è nuova, pulita e Dotata di tutti i confort. Se ci tornerei? Assolutamente siii! Impagabile anche la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari!

10.0L’appartamento è molto carino e dotato di tutto l’essenziale. È vicino ad un magnifico lido (raggiungibile a piedi in 6/7 min) e volendo c’è anche la possibilità di stare in spiaggia libera. La gentilezza della proprietaria e i preziosi consigli che ci ha dato hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più bello. A complemento di ciò, un posto auto coperto davanti all’appartamento.

10.0Graziana was super friendly and gave us a lot of great information about the area at check-in. We communicated via Whatsapp, which I found very comfortable and quick. She is a great host and a very kind person and lives next door - which could come in handy, when you need something urgently. The outdoor shower for after the beach, umbrella and beach chairs, the washing machine and the parking spot under the roof right in front of the appartment were perfect!
− The bed was quite soft, but that is a matter of taste. I missed a toaster for breakfast.

10.0Everything was great. I adore this place. It is very well equipped and very clean!!! Everithing is done with a lot of respect for the guests. Eaesy to go(by foot or near with a car) to a lot of beautiful beaches and gorgeous cities around the area. Graciana is a five-star 🌟 host! She will give you useful tips, which will make the stay easier. She is available at any moment. Strongly recommend it!
