Tartane Martinique is a nice quiet, authentic village. In this property, positives outweighed negatives but if we retur

It was a scenic hill location where we could wake up to a view of the sea every morning. It was clean and well maintained although the overall condo complex was rather dated. Pool not operating. Some days the parking was in short supply. Located in the charming village of Tartane, nice mix of locals and tourists. People quietly friendly but helpful when that was needed. We would not recommend this property for people with mobility issues as at the top of a steep hill. We got around it by renting a car. Absolutely not aggressive sales. The beach was close by, quiet and shaded. Plumbing was acceptable. Internet worked well.
− It was a small studio. The greatest lack was of comfortable seating. A pair of portable beach chairs for guest use would be very nice. Basic kitchen equipment like pairing knives and corkscrew of poor quality. Bedding just OK.

Lage, Ausstattung okay. Einsatz der Eigetümer (Wegbeschreibung) richtig gut.
− Es sollte in der Beschreibung deutlicher dargestellt werden, dass das eine Einheit in einer ziemlich großen Anlage ist.

Camera con il necessario, cucina, necessario per pulire. Vista mare. Parcheggio privato. Piscina, anche se bisognava scendere diverse scale. Idem per la lavanderia della struttura (molto costosa). Host gentile e disponibile via messaggio (whatsapp)
− Angolo doccia necessita di essere pulita da un po di muffa. Per muoversi dalla struttura é consigliabile avere un auto. All’arrivo il mare ci è piaciuto, purtroppo dopo qualche giorno le spiagge erano piene di alghe.
