Cosy studio with all our requirements met. Short walk to Lake Tekapo and restaurants. Great view of mountains from the front glass door.

Received an email to say we could check in from 2. Arrived at 3:50. Place was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned since last guests. Called property manager. Thy told us they would call straight back. They didn’t. We called 30 minutes later and property manager told us it was our fault for “booking late” and we would need to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to clean it. No apology given at all. Lady was very rude
