− Al ser un bajo se escucha todo. Había cosas que no estaban en buen estado como algún enchufe o el extractor

6.0la ubicación muy buena en cuanto a salir y en dos pasos estar en la playa y en la avenida genial, pero mal por el ruido constante del bar de la esquina
− practicamente no había nada de menaje, lo justito. una sola sartén, un solo caldero, no puedes hacer dos cosas de comer al mismo tiempo porque no tienes cómo. tampoco hay un simple microondas, cosa que hoy en día es fundamental y no es caro como para no comprarlo. aunque la ubicación es buena, al mismo tiempo es mala ya que en la esquina hay un bar que pone música prácticamente todo el día hasta altas horas de la noche, no pudimos hacer un mínimo de siesta por la tarde, imposible, y por la noche se duerme mal por el bar y porque a las 6.30 de la mañana ya están preparando de nuevo para abrir. es una pena porque ésto no depende del propietario o propietaria del piso pero resta muchisimo, ya que nosotros no repetiremos por esto mismo.

− Las camas fatal super incómodas renovar colchón , no tenía microondas, ni lavadora, necesita mejoras, es una pena porque el sitio donde está ubicado es espectacular
