8.0Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Mit Liebe eingerichtet. Strand nah.
− Was mir an dem Haus nicht gefiel war das Foyer, es hätte öfter gereinigt werden müssen , das es immer wieder Menschen gibt die ihre Hunde nicht richtig erzogen haben oder sie einfach zu spät raus gehen mit den Hunden und diese , dann dort hin Pinkeln und es nicht entfernen. Selbst auf dem Platz vor dem Haus kacken lassen und es nicht entfernen. Das hat mit nicht gefallen.
Mooi appartement & mooie omgeving
10.0De locatie; vlakbij het mooie strand. Omgeving is mooi, rustig en gezellig.
− De ontvangst was waardeloos. In de reisbescheiden, waarin het logo van Belvilla stond, stond dat de sleutel bij de accomodatie af te halen was. Bij Strandslag werden we afgewimpeld, die wisten niet waar we moesten zijn. Gebeld naar het nummer in de brief: auto response, niemand te bereiken. Met moeite kunnen achterhalen dat we bij Callinghe in het centrum moesten zijn. Alles bij elkaar bijna 3 kwartier verder. Vragen ze daar of we even €42 af willen tikken voor het beddengoed. Terwijl op de webpagina staat dat dit tot de faciliteiten behoord. Daar bovenop is er géén slaapbank aanwezig in het appartement, deze staat wél op de webpagina als aanwezig. En wij hadden hier op gerekend. Bij Callinghe werd gezegd dat de schuld bij Booking.com ligt. Wij wachten nog steeds op een compensatie
