I got a bad experience in checking in and lack of services provided.
1.0The quiet surroundings of the house are probably its only advantage.
− When checking in, I was only informed of the room relocation, which added 15 minutes to my journey compared to the room I booked. The customer service arrangements were chaotic and unresponsive to inquiries. What is most unacceptable is that more than a week after check-out, the deposit has not yet been refunded. I still haven't received the deposit, and I've inquired on WhatsApp without receiving a response.
