Modern facilities, including private parking. The apartment is spacious and is about a 15–20 minute walk from the city centre.

− There was no bottle opener. Two of the kitchen knives were broken: one had a broken tip and the other had a loose handle. There was also only one teaspoon. There was mould around the edge of the bathtub. As there is no shower curtain or screen, water splashes onto the bathroom cabinet, which is already in poor condition. After a week of an extreme heatwave across Europe, especially in Romania, there wasn't even a simple portable fan available.
