Beachside nightmare

The location the size of the unit.

− The lounge was absolutely filthy it stunk the arms where black I had to Glen 20 the lounge. The bbq was dirty and extremely rusty.There was 5 people and only 5 towels for 2 nights. I got into the bed and the dust fell on my head from bed head. 1 roll of toilet paper on the dispenser and 1 in the cupboard for 5 people for 2 nights. Extremely dusty obviously hadn't been dusted over several cleans. No bedroom TV. The TV in the loungeroom was very small hard to see. Carpet dirty. Back verandah was mouldy very unclean. The 1 sliding door to access verandah was broken very hard to push. Needs new and updated furniture and a good clean to charge 550 per night and 500 bond. It shows a picture of beach access looks like its their back fence but it's just all bush.Would not recommend

Nice stairs were a bit of a problem for the old people . Thought there was only one staircase but turned out to be two .

The apartment was well laid out. Spacious. Very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was very quiet, which was lovely. Backs onto bush and the birds were beautiful. Pleasant walk to beach. Access to shops was good. My mum is 95 and is a pretty fit lady. There are 31 stairs to get up to the apartment. She coped just fine.
