− Karmea sauna, kiuas epäkunnossa (puolessatoista tunnissa 45 asteeseen lämpeni), lauteilla jotain mikä näytti ihmisen ulosteelta.

− Huoneistossa oli haju. Meidän mielestä homeen haju. Vuokranantajan kertoman mukaan vanha talon haju Huoneiston esittelykuvista voi poistaa uima altaan kuvan, jota ei ollut, tosin emme sitä tarvinetkaan
