− Ambiente extremamente mal organizado e esquisito. Condomínio com inúmeras habitações e cheio de baratas e esgoto aberto no acesso aos apartamentos! Eu sempre me hospedo com minha família em acomodações porém nada chega ao nível desse. Nas Fotos parece um ambiente limpo e organizado porém o local onde o apartamento está é da pior qualidade possível! Eu não indico para nenhuma família a hospedagem. 4 andar de escadas em corredor escuro e mal cheiroso. Proprietário extremamente seco. Cheio de recados pregados em todos os cantos do apartamento sobre o que não podia fazer! Resumindo: eu e minha família nunca medicaríamos esse apartamento a nenhuma outra família !

Gostei da localização. Tudo perto , supermercado, shopping muito bom. Aconselho visita-lo. A organização no apartamento muito boa. Limpeza muito boa. Atendimento dos porteiros do condomínio muito bom. Muitos prestativos.

− Apesar de ter muitos gatos no primeiro andar, isso não foi problema pois amamos gatos.
