Atenção do locador, comunicação instantânea e localização excelente, de frente para o mar. As instalações são modernas e muito limpas, bem cuidadas. O prédio tem uma excelente estrutura, desde a recepção até o apartamento.

− A impossibilidade de receber visitantes, ainda que por pouco tempo, para um café ou bate-papo agradável. Apesar de ser regra e ter seguido à risca, poderia ser flexível nesse sentido, para recepções de curto tempo, sem que os demais usufruissem como hospedagem.

A very confusing access system, bypassed for us by the owner and a neighbour.

After numerous failed attempts to get help from an agent the owner sorted out our access.

− The unit is so small that there is not enough space to open a suitcase except on the bed. It has a capacity for 7, there were only 4 of us and it was congested. The showers are poor, there was a water leak and several of the fittings were damaged and worn. The was a stale smell. None of the rooms had window views, only onto the enclosed balcony which had a very small view to the sea, 80% of it overlooked another building and 10% back over a main road junction.
