5.0Die Größe der Fewo war in Ordnung. Schöner Blick aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster.
− Die Ausstattung der Küche war nicht zeitgemäß, alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Backofen war mutmaßlich aus den 60iger Jahren, fast museumsreif. Im dem eigentlich sehr großen und schönen Garten gab es bedauerlicherweise keine Liegen und auch keine Sitzmöglichkeiten. Für die Wohnungen ohne Balkon oder Terrasse wirklich schade.

− Zuwenig Parkplatz, muffig riechendes Bad, kein Empfang von HD Sendern bzw. die Sender waren ohne HD nicht verfügbar
