8.0We liked that the property was close to Sutton Hoo. Also, supermarket close by. Cafe next to property, although it was closed by the time we arrived. Friendly staff in cafe. A good base for daily trips.

− Would have been nice to know to bring Sugar Tea and Coffee. Towel rail was not switched on. Underfloor seemed too cool. Window in Front door needs a privacy cover.
4 night break.
8.0Location was good as it was about 5mls from my partners son. The property was only 2mins away from a supermarket in Wickham Market. A pub was only 5mins walk away. Plenty of parking as well. The property was very easy to find just off the A12.
− We were disappointed that there was no door or even a curtain separating the bedroom from the living area. Another thing was no instructions on how to use the cooker being a induction one, we have not used one before. We also found the cold water tap in kitchen came out warm.
