− The flat was in a poor state of repair. It needs a lot of work on it to make it habitable, dirty walls and carpets. Leaks under the kitchen sink and the shower screen in the bathroom has no bottom seal and smelt damp. There was a presence of silverfish because of the damp. The whole flat was absolutely awful. Should not have been rented out in this state. The fridge had a musty smell inside. There was a hole in the fridge door where there should have been a water cooler fitted to it.

Stayed for 10 minutes, cancelled booking and went somewhere else.

Leaving it 10 minutes after I got there.

− It was run down and filthy. Carpets looked disgusting. Front door looked as through a slight push would put it through.

− Over looked in front no privacy Over christmas no TV as dongle had no money on. Not equiped for long stay. Towels had holes in and old. Cooker needs a good clean as smokes when using oven.. Lugging cases up 26 steep stairs.Bathroom floor all the tiles broken and bath panel sticks out silver fish crawling about.Main bedroom over looks garages constant parking day and night.

The whole things had the feeling the people had moved out to ear some money and didn’t care

The location and space

− It does not mention that there are two steep sets of stairs also the stair carpet was rotten. I wouldn’t allow my grandson to take his shoes off. The bath had not been used for a while and with the little light above the bath was filthy. I washed it twice.
