10.0מזגן בכל חדר חזק וקר, מיקום מצויין, מעלית במבנה, סלון גדול, טלוויזיה, שירותים ומקלחת נפרדים- מאוד חשוב. שני חדרים בקומה השנייה, היה מאוד נוח ונעים.
