Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage, sehr zentrumsnah, wobei die Umgebung dennoch ruhig und ideal zur Erholung ist. Supermärkte sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen. Die Kommunikation verlief äußerst unkompliziert, und der Eigentümer war sehr zuvorkommend.
