3.0L' unico punto di forza è la posizione, comoda per raggiungere le spiagge e con una vista sul mare molto bella. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa.
− Purtroppo la agenzia viaggi che dovrebbe seguire i clienti è inesistente. Non abbiamo visto nessuno. Solo un whatsapp che ci diceva che l'appartamento era pronto. Al nostro arrivo non sapevamo come ottenere le chiavi. Abbiamo provato a contattare la agenzia senza nessuna risposta. Abbiamo poi scoperto che le chiavi erano in un lucchetto porta chiavi, ma nessuno ci aveva comunicato il codice. La vicina, molto gentilmente ha contattato la padrona dell' immobile e finalmente siamo entrati in casa. Un incubo ed è stato solo l' inizio.... La casa era sporca e infestata da formiche ovunque... Odore di fogna dal bagno, costante nelle 24 ore. Una sera verso le 23 è andata via anche l'acqua... Ci avevano garantito l'arrivo del manutentore...non si è visto nessuno... Abbiamo comprato noi i prodotti per fare sparire le formiche e ci siamo riusciti.. speriamo sia utile a chi ci seguirà .. Ultima nota: la padrona deve decidere se vuole affittare o abitare il suo immobile..che è pieno zeppo di oggetti personali e non ci sono vani per porre il vestiario degli ospiti...se non un mobiletto nella seconda stanza... La vacanza è andata comunque bene perché siamo in Sardegna...dove ritornerò sicuramente, ma non in questa sistemazione...!
